Nagsagawa ng Oplan Kaluluwa ang pamahalaang lungsod ng Muntinlupa ngayong araw at magpapatuloy hanggang bukas araw ng Undas. Pinangunahan ni Mayor Jaime Fresnedi, kasama ang Muntinlupa PNP at iba pang force multiplier ang pagbabantay sa mga sementeryo dito sa lungsod. Ayon kay Tess Navarro, tagapagsalita ni Mayor Fresnedi, mayroong anim na sementeryo na pinababantayan at minomonitor ng lokal ng pamahalaan para matiyak na walang anumang ‘untoward incident’ na mangyayari. Ayon kay Navarro, taun-taon ay nagbabantay sila sa mga sementeryo sa Muntinlupa.
