PNP nagtaas ng alerto sa ARMM at Northern Mindanao matapos ang pagsabog sa Basilan

Itinaas na ng Police Regional Office sa Autonomous Region Muslim Mindanao (PRO-ARMM) ang full alert sa status nito matapos ang insidente ng pagpapasabog sa Basilan kahapon.

Ayon kay PRO ARMM Regional Director Chief Superintendent Graciano Mijares nagtalaga na ng mga dagdag na check points, palalakasin ang mga dati nang check points at maglalagay ng dagdag na mga tauhan at mobile patrols sa mga matataong lugar.

Bubuhayin rin ang special investigation task group para masiyasat ang insidente ng pagsabog na naganap sa Lamitan City.

Umapela din si Mijares sa publiko na maging mapagmatyag at alerto sa lahat ng oras at agad iulat sa pulisya ang mga kahina-hinalang mga bagay.

Samantala iniutos din ni Northern Mindanao Police Regional Director Chief Superintendent Timoteo Pacleb na paigtingin ang seguridad sa buong rehiyon hinggil pa din sa insidente.
