Delfin Lee ng Globe Asiatique, pinayagang magpiyansa ng Korte Suprema

Dinesisyunan na ng Korte Suprema ang kaso na kinakaharap ng negosyanteng si Delfin Lee ng Globe Asiatique.

Makalipas ang ilang taon, nagpasya ang Korte Suprema na payagan si Lee na makapagpiyansa sa kaso para sa kaniyang pansamantalang kalayaan.

Mula kasi sa kasong syndicated estafa ay ibinaba ng Supreme Court sa simpleng estafa na lamang ang kaso laban kay Lee.

Nangangahulugan ito na mula sa dating non-bailable offense ay naging bailable na ang kaniyang kaso.

Ang kaso ay may kaugnayan sa umano ay pagkakaroon ng ghost borrowers sa P6.6 billion na housing project ni Lee sa Pampanga.
